Affordable Home Services ("we", "us") provides Christmas, permanent, landscape and event lighting, solar panel care and exterior cleaning in Salt Lake, Davis and Utah County. We are based in Salt Lake City, UT. You can reach us at (801) 550-4547 or info@affordablechristmaslighting.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a job, call, text or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you want. We also keep a record of the jobs we do for you, quotes, invoices and our messages with you.

How we use it

We use your information to quote and schedule work, send appointment reminders and job updates, send quotes and invoices, take payment, answer your questions, and keep a record of your service history so we can help you next season.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, appointments, job updates, invoices and customer support. Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP for help, or call us at (801) 550-4547. Our full texting terms are in our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and invoicing software (Jobber), our payment processor, and our phone and text messaging providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Your information is kept in secure, password-protected business systems, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or correct your information, or to delete it when we no longer need it for a job, invoice or legal record. To do so, call us at (801) 550-4547 or email info@affordablechristmaslighting.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

This website

Our website does not ask for an account. If you send a quote request through the form on this site, it goes straight to our Jobber account and is handled as described above.
